In 2017, we were the first Italian company to sign up to the Standards of Conduct for Business of the UN High Commissioner Office for Human Rights, aimed at tackling discrimination in business, in order to respect and support to the rights of LGBTQ+ communities where companies operate.
We're proud to have been recognized as one of the "Best Places to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality" with a score of 100% in the Corporate Equality Index 2021 for the seventh year in a row.
In 2019, we confirmed our sponsorship of Openly, a new digital news platform, developed by the Thomson Reuters Foundation, dedicated to reporting global problems affecting the LGBTQ+ community.
