Our key priority: disability
Including people with different abilities is a key priority for us. We want to overcome physical and mental barriers and push cultural understanding and awareness of visible and invisible disabilities, ensuring inclusion in the workplace.
Our objectives are to:

• raise awareness and accommodate different abilities
• drive innovation through the inclusion of different abilities and skills
In 2018, Disability Matters Europe recognized Barilla with the STEP-TO-SUCCESS AWARD. This award serves as a significant recognition of our commitment and perseverance in the areas of inclusion and accessibility related to individuals with disabilities.
