I kicked-off my professional career in 2013, but it feels like yesterday.
I am passionate about food and marketing and was always clear to me that I wanted to work in marketing and communication for well-known food brands, especially for so-called ‘love brands’.
When I finished university, I got the opportunity to start my professional journey in marketing at Coca-Cola. I worked in different marketing roles and for different brands: from smaller ones, “venturing and emerging” brands, to the iconic one. After more than five years with the company, I decided to leave in order to challenge myself and grow.
To be honest, finding the next perfect match was not easy. After a few interviews with different companies, I realized that (beside the professional task) what really matters to me is the people, the team.
And again, I found all of this and more at Barilla!
My journey started in April 2018 as Customer Marketing and Category Development Manager. The main task was to explore actionable insights and the potential to drive “joint” business development and create dedicated sales and marketing growth plans with added value for the customer to achieve sustainable growth.
I discovered that within Barilla you can build your own career path. After a few years, I wanted to challenge myself and grow within the field of marketing and communications.
In my current position, I am in charge of communication and external relations for Central Europe, working closely with the global corporate communication team to protect, strengthen and develop the reputation of the Company and its Brands. I´m pleased to share our stories, values, and initiatives with the world.
My path within Barilla is full of professional challenges and professional growth, but also fun and satisfaction: this is what makes coming to work each day so special, feeling part of a big family united by the passion to nurture a quality future!
