When we are in contact with nature we feel happy and it is precisely to preserve all those little moments of happiness that we have chosen to take care of nature. This is why we spread the culture of eating well and promote a healthy, conscious and responsible lifestyle, which is good for people and for the environment.
In 2019 we have launched "Carta del Mulino", our charter made of ten rules for the sustainable cultivation of soft wheat. The aim of these rules is to further improve product quality, while promoting biodiversity, protecting pollinating insects and adding value to the whole supply chain.
Our commitment is crystal clear
Mulino Bianco's "Carta del Mulino" is just one of the brand's commitments. Since 2008 we have been strongly commited to reduce CO2eq emissions. Starting in 2020 we have officially become a 100% CO2eq compensated brand by fully offsetting the remaining emissions. We also buy electricity exclusively from renewable sources. Moreover, 100% of our product's packaging is made of recyclable materials.
To allow our customers to truly grasp the sustainable goals we wish to accomplish, we created a simple tool called "Natura" to learn more about our products through various sections about nutrition, ingredients, animal welfare, and the supply chain.

Mulino Bianco brings everyone the joy that only well-made food can give. We're very conscious of the nutritional balance and environmental impact of our products: from 2010 we have reformulated hundreds of our recipes, adding 200 tonnes of fiber and eliminating 21,500 tonnes of saturated fats, 4,700 tonnes of salt, and more than 220 tonnes of sugar. This commitment is a simple effort to make our products be as good as they taste.
