CARE FOR AND DEVELOPMENT OF INDIVIDUALS

  • We have established the Barilla LAB, which is concerned with training, the development of managerial skills, and dialogue with universities and research centers.
  • We have developed the Barilla Human Capital Model, with the purpose of improving and harmonizing all human resources management processes.
  • In the first quarter of 2009, we launched the Barilla Leadership Model to develop and improve managerial skills, competencies and performance.

INDIVIDUAL AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY

  • In 2003, we disseminated the document “Changing to Last,” in which Barilla identified and laid down the values and principles underpinning our corporate culture.
  • In 2005, the principles contained in this document were reformulated as a system of rules and behavior, summarized in our Code of Ethics.
  • Our Performance &Development Process program provides for the on-going development of organizational behavior.
