Marketing

Our Marketing Team has the responsibility to execute the most effective marketing plans for our brands: through communication, shopper engagement and consumer activation we aim at creating a direct and sound relationship with People. We want to make our brands and products available whenever they are most relevant and convenient for People.

The Brand Development & Innovation team leads the task of consumer understanding and consumer engagement; we interpret people voices and needs and we translate them into great product ideas and insightful communication. Our main objective is to defend and grow our Brand equities: through successful Strategies and Communication we will strengthen our Brands value and image and we will drive new business development.

Trade & Sales

We contribute to market growth and profitability, by setting development goals in the short-, medium- and long-term,  defining  commercial strategies and policies, operating priorities, leveraging full market potential business opportunities, as well as supporting relationship with strategic customers and distribution channels, in line with Barilla’s development strategies.

We offer a wide range of challenging opportunities in key account management, field sales, trade marketing, category management and customer service.
Our customers (large-scale organized distributors, traditional retailers and food service) are our partners in achieving success and we work with them to constantly improve the categories in which we operate.
