- manages the legal and corporate affairs with a global perspective, and with the objective of preventing litigations and liabilities.
- maintains a growing competence in core legal and corporate areas
- grants legal and corporate presidium in the territories where the Group operates
- establishes legal procedures and guidelines throughout the Group in order to accomplish the above objectives
We look for talented individuals with a strong interest in international law matters, a good attitude towards developing legal skills, teamwork, problem solving and execution. Knowledge of the food industry, as well as environmental and safety laws and regulations are a plus.
Working in Internal Auditing gives you the opportunity to know a wide range of functions and processes across the organization. Through the assurance and advisory projects, we participate in assessments and contribute to the improvement of the effectiveness of the internal control system, risk management and corporate governance. In these activities we also gain exposure to the senior management of the whole Barilla organization.
