Our commitment is to proactively define and implement IT solutions based on a deep understanding of business processes and information technology having the aim of reaching Barilla Group objectives.
Developing a Proactive Partnership with the Business Lines, trying to anticipate new needs/opportunities due to the Company and markets’ continuous evolution;
Identifying innovative solutions to support the development of processes, organization and systems;
- Developing the ability of IT people, particularly in the application of excellent IT skills to Barilla Business Processes;
- Reacting with Rapidity and Flexibility to the evolution of the business needs and new technologies;
- Guaranteeing the integration between information flow and processes, in a Group made ever more complex through internationalisation and the growing need to cooperate with Customers and Suppliers;
- Striving to obtain synergies and scale economies in the management of the IT infrastructure;
- IT must play the role of an internal “enabler of changes and innovation” as a real facilitator of the company evolution in order to guarantee the growth and future of the Barilla Group.
